This retreat is a mentorship program with Brenda working on deep spiritual connection to "fast track" your connection with your higher self and remove all energies that do not serve you.
This retreat is a mentorship program;
Friday at 1:00 pm to Sunday at 6:00 pm for 1 or 2 people only.
Your journey begins with receiving one private session per day with Brenda:
- Session 1: Quantum DNA - Self Attunement This session is to consciously develop & strengthen a restorative link with you spiritual DNA blueprint. The energy works as a bridge and strengthen the alignment with your own quantum DNA axis and spiritual DNA blueprint.
- Session 2: Template Attunement: provides a personal attunement to the "UFH Template" through your quantum DNA. This provides the foundation needed to begin working more personally in Session 3.
- Session 3: Targeted Intentional Support: provides an energy session that is aligned with a specific “personal intention”. Its aim is to use the gift of Unity Field Healing to address specific issues that exist or arise in one’s life that need “healing” attention. The ‘personal intention’ may include physical, emotional, psychological, or relationship issues in terms of healing. It can also include topics of expansion of deeper personal healing and transformational journey. It is the way to communicate with the energy system for specific and personal issues that are unique to each person. It can be re-used any number of times to deeply support the intention, as well as to introduce a new intention as the foundation of the session!
After each attunement Crystal Bowls are played on the body to infuse the frequency and sound.
During the attunements, the Sirian Blue White Collective creates a stabilizing holographic energy field around you and infuses your Soul Matrix with Universal Light-Force. It allows you to reset from imbalance to balance and reinforce the new energetic points in your own grids. The Quantum patterning of soul energy facilitates greater change and conscious transformation. Your presence clears the way and your light in the new energy brings the divine within.
We will begin our morning in meditation out in the Labrineth in nature.
Then you will learn basic channeling skills to connect with your higher-self and to channel with your spiritual team through automatic writing.
Then we will focus upon Sound Healing class
Learn effective core Sound Healing techniques including:
- The essentials of sound healing and how to play crystal bowls
- What and how do Crystal Singing Bowls work.
- Setting mindful intentions + meditation and playing techniques.

Labyrinth Meditation Under The Stars. A Sacred Healing Ceremony.
An outdoor meditation session to let you connect with nature.
Celebrate with Mother Earth walk the Labyrinth. We begin the Sacred Circle enjoying an Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls played by Brenda. A CRYSTAL SOUND BATH is an unforgettable sound experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and introspection.
This is a 30-minute sonic healing session that consists of 7 alchemy crystal singing bowls played live, and the balance of the time to integrate the sound and relax. Each bowl is keyed to the energy centers or chakras of the body, where sound is nutrition for the nervous system. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind and body.
After the Sound Bath we will then pass the talking stick so that each voice is heard.

The Five Traditional Reiki Symbols
Although there are many different symbols that represent energy, there are five basic symbols that Reiki Masters use in their teachings.
- Cho ku rei
The power symbol, used to increase or decrease power. - Sei hei ki
The harmony symbol, used for mental and emotional healing. - Hon sha ze sho nen
The timelessness symbol, used for distance Reiki healing. - Dai ko myo
The master symbol, used to encourage enlightenment. - Raku
The grounding symbol, used in the Reiki Attunement process
The 3 Levels of Reiki Symbols
When you Learn Reiki you will typically learn in three different levels.
Reiki level one: during Reiki level one, the student does not learn any of the Reiki symbols but instead learns how to give herself Reiki for self-healing.
Reiki level two: During Reiki level two the student deepens their practice and this is where the student learns how to write the first three Reiki symbols for healing.
Reiki level three: (also known as the mastery level), the student learns how to write the specific symbols to initiate other people into Reiki mastery.
These specific symbols are consider tools to be used when doing a healing on a client. There are also specific Reiki symbols that are used in order to initiate a student into becoming a Reiki Master.
Reiki Symbol Initiation
There are many different forms of energy healers in the world. However, if a person is going to call themselves a Reiki practitioner or a Reiki Master, that means that they were initiated by another Reiki Master teacher. One can never become a Reiki practitioner or a Reiki Master unless they are initiated with the symbols into their aura.
There is a specific initiation for this process. Otherwise, people are simply energy healers. While there is nothing wrong with that, only people that have been initiated by a Reiki master can call themselves a Reiki healer.
This is how the lineage is established with the concept of Reiki.
Hundreds of years ago in Japan, Reiki was forbidden to be taught in public. Students were taught the symbols by chanting them and writing them with their hands in the air. They were shown how to make the symbols by their Reiki Master teachers.
Because the students were forced to memorize the symbols and not allowed to write them down on paper, some of the symbols became lost. Fortunately, many of the symbols have been recovered through dreams and meditation as messages to healers.
There is a practice in Reiki where the symbols are chanted. This chanting practice is called the Kotodama and is considered a lost teaching.
When is it Best to Use Reiki Symbols?
The Reiki symbols is used as a tool for the Reiki healer to help focus the healing energy for a specific situation or in a specific area on the body, a Reiki healer can use the Reiki symbols whenever they want.
The Reiki symbols can be used in any situation and any circumstance, for they are only positive symbols of your healing energy, there is no such thing as a negative Reiki symbol.
As the Reiki healer develops their healing ability, through experience and practice, they may find that they do not need to use the symbols as much. Many Reiki practitioners can then feel the energy come through their hands as they develop their practice.
One can liken the use of the Reiki symbols like training wheels on a bicycle. After the Reiki practitioner has enough experience, they can choose to use the symbols or not, and still feel the Reiki energy when they are doing a healing on a client.
The Reiki symbols are beautifully designed and nature recognizes the energy in these symbols, when a Reiki practitioner draws or chants them. Reiki symbols work because of the intention of the Reiki healer and the Universe recognizing the energy that emanates from the symbol.
Reiki works on every living being because it is a living energy source. And the great thing about Reiki and the symbols is that when the practitioner uses it on a client, not only does the client get a healing but so does the practitioner.
Reiki is a beautiful and simple system that anyone can learn. We encourage everyone to experience the energy of Reiki and if it calls to them, to learn how to use the Reiki symbols.

Lodging
Each participant will stay at Brenda’s home. Two nights lodging arrive on Friday at 1:00 pm and ends Sunday at 5:00 pm
Currently, the Casita has living room, one bedroom with one queen bed that sleeps two, and a full en suite (bathroom).
Training Weekend Details
Plan to wear comfortable clothes for movement. If you have any needs for specialty snacks, feel free to bring them as there will be breaks.

Training days are Friday arrival 1:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 5:00 pm complete
Breakfast provided Saturday & Sunday
Lunch provided on the Saturday & Sunday, cooked by a private chef, menu sent to you for final selection.

Water, coffee and tea will be provided each day, with additional fruit snacks.
Travel and Transportation
You are responsible for your own travel air & car. Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor, you are responsible for your own transportation to the home and back to the airport.
